First-ever fractional-ownership of a multimillion dollar, 13,000 square-foot home that includes resort-style amenities, recreational vehicles and concierge service.

Each owner is allowed six weeks residency during the calendar year. For $2 million, a fractional-owner would own a 1/8th or 12.5 percent fee-simple interest. In addition to fractional ownership, while an owner is in residence, they will have the access to a 2007 Hummer, 29-foot speed boat, wave runners, snowmobiles, kayaks and bikes through the partnership with Baccara Private Residence Club.
